Personal Training

Personal training reduces the risk of injury and will help you overcome fitness plateaus.

More importantly, personal training with a certified YMCA personal trainer will get you faster and better results by guiding you through a fitness routine specifically designed for you!

 

Personalized Exercise Prescription (PEP)

A PEP is an exercise program specific to your needs designed around your goals and schedule.

Programs 8 -12 weeks long.

Fitness Testing

Do you feel you need to get baseline information to help motivate and make a plan to reach goals in important areas of wellness to you? Fitness testing may be just the answer! This is a 2 session appointment with a member of our Wellness staff. The first is to do relevant fitness assessments, after a period of time when you are working towards improvment in those areas, then a second apointment to reasses and evaluate the efficacy of your workout plan based on changes in achievement between assessments.

You can register at any time for a personal training package through our website. Once a package is purchased, an email is generated to our Director of Health & Wellness. 

​

We offer 30 and 60 minute personal training sessions to meet your needs. You can do sessions indivugally or with a buddy with a buddy training package.
