Benefits of employment at the Y

FREE Membership: employees who work up to 16 hours a week get an individual membership, those who work more than 16 hours get a family membership. Part-time employees can opt to pay the difference between individual and family to make sure everyone in the family can be involved at the Y.

Paid Time Off: time off is available to all employees with part-time employees accruing time off to use and full time-employees getting a time off benefit package of vacation, wellness, floating holiday, and sick time. 

​

Program Discounts: Part-time employees get 25% off paid programming while full-time employees get a 50% discount. That includes great programs like summer camp, personal training, swim lessons, and more!
