Monday/Wednesday/Friday 9:00-10:00am

Shallow water class that works on improving flexibility, balance, and range of motion using the resistance of the water. 



Aqua Aerobics and Strength Training
Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday 11:00am-12:00pm

Using chest deep water to lessen the impact on joints and make movement smooth, this aerobics class has intervals of faster-paced cardio and slower resistance training.
