MDI YMCA Update
The MDI YMCA is open to all visitors from Maine and away! We are so excited to have everyone back in our building!
A Hancock County, where the Y is located, is in the RED and has been labeled as an area with High Transmission, we will be returning to requiring masks for ALL PEOPLE regardless of vaccination status on Tuesday, September 7, 2021.
Please refer to our Reopening Guidelines on our home page to see how we will be operating in the coming weeks.
We understand this will continue to cause disruption to memberships and programs. Please read our Letter to the Membership from the Executive Director, Tommy Parham, regarding membership fees. Please see below for our virtual classes.
Please find here a letter from Kevin Washington, President of Y-USA, which he sent to all CEOs of YMCAs.
