Healthy Living with Stress Classes

Our Y offers group classes that meet every level and every schedule to help you manage and relieve your stress. Classes are included with Y membership and members may attend as many classes as they wish. Class times and instructors are subject to change.

Power Yoga

Power Yoga is a fitness-based vinyasa practice. Some of the many benefits include increasing stamina, strength, flexibility and reducing stress. This form of yoga employs many sustained holds to activate several muscle groups throughout the body.

Morning Mindfulness

Meditation is a self-care practice that allows you to transform how the mind reacts or relates to the world. This class will work to decrease stress and anxiety and build awareness about your body and environment. We will employ a variety of guided meditation techniques you can add to your personal toolkit. Come breathe with us!

Yoga 

This class is a gentle flow through yoga poses focusing on breath, mind body connection & letting our thoughts pass through as we breath & move our way through a series of movements to relax & restore our bodies energy. Modifications are available

Yoga Variations

Each week we will be flowing through a different form of yoga moves & styles. The variety will include flow yoga, meditations, chair yoga, Ayurveda Yoga & so on. Class intensity will depend on the flow & intention of the class for that week. Modifications are available
