The MDI Y has a variety of unique classes you won't find anywhere else! Why not spice up your regular routine with something new?  Have fun and get fit as you build friendships within our supportive Y community! The MDI Y has group fitness and aquatics classes for every fitness level - so why not try something new? We offer cardio, muscle conditioning, stretching and relaxation, swimming, aquatic exercise and more! Our friendly, supportive instructors design all of our classes to help keep you motivated and on track.
