MDI YMCA

Active Older Adults . . .

No one benefits more from an active life sytle than older adults. The MDI Y always has something going on to keep you fit.

Aquatics

programs are designed for non-swimmers as well as swimmers, regardless of age and physical condition. The buoyant quality of water makes movements possible that are very difficult on land. Rehabilitation of muscles, increased strength and endurance, release of stress and tension, and improved appearance are all possible through participation in the water exercise program.
